1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions cover your use of the Nueva Acropolis website at https://inmobiliarianuevaacropolis.com (the “Site”) and the games shown on it (the “Games”). By creating an account or using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Who may use the Site

• You must be 18 or older, and at least the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• Choose your country honestly at sign-up. The rules for free games differ around the world. It's your responsibility to make sure using the Site is lawful where you are, and you must not use it where it isn't.
• We may ask you to confirm your age again, and we may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.

3. What the Site is

Nueva Acropolis offers free-to-play games for entertainment only. It is not a gambling service. You can't deposit, stake, win or withdraw money, and there are no cash prizes or prizes of real-world value. Doing well in the Games does not mean you'd do well at real-money gambling.

4. Play Coins

• Play Coins are a pretend currency used only for play on the Site. Each new account begins with 100,000 Play Coins at no charge.
• Play Coins have no cash value. They can't be bought, sold, traded, passed to another account, exchanged for money, goods or services, or redeemed for anything.
• We may correct, adjust or remove balances to fix a mistake, deal with misuse or when an account is closed.
• You don't own Play Coins, and they disappear when your account is deleted.

5. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep them current. One account per person.
• Pick a screen name that isn't offensive, doesn't impersonate anyone and doesn't contain personal contact details. Your screen name is the only name that may be shown to other players.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Five wrong password attempts lock log-in for 15 minutes.
• You may delete your account whenever you like from the account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't: use bots, scripts or tools to automate play or sign-ups; try to break, probe or overload the Site or the Games; exploit bugs; get into someone else's account; copy, scrape or resell the Site or Games; or use the Site for anything unlawful or abusive.

7. The Games

The Games appear inside frames on our pages, and each has its own rules and controls shown within it. Games and features can change, pause or disappear at any time. We don't promise that any Game will always be available or free of errors.

8. Marketing emails

If you tick the box at sign-up, we may email you about bonuses, new games and milestones. You can switch this off at any time by contacting us. Account and security emails, such as password resets, don't need that agreement.

9. Our responsibility

The Site is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for loss caused by interruptions, errors or things outside our control, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited, or any consumer rights you have by law.

10. Ownership

The Site, its design, text, artwork and the Games belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial play only.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the Site after a change means you accept the update.
